Gotu Kola
In our bodies we need to keep things flowing. Apathy and lack of activity is the biggest problem for many people. Many times we just don't get up and get off of our feet enough to make our lives worthwhile. For this reason a natural medicine which helps to keep things flowing like your blood and act as not only a proponent of circulatory stimulation but also as an antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, cerebral tonic, diuretic, and a whole host of other things, how can he say no to that? With a whole host of vitamins and minerals including calcium, iron, beta-carotene, and magnesium among many others, this little plan really does a whole lot of stuff. The plant is called gotu kola and while it doesn’t grow in the Western Hemisphere per se, it probably has been ported just for studies say and it no doubt has been commercialized to become a great herbal supplement which you should most definitely check out if you want to just keep things flowing.
In order to talk about the facts we must first separate the myth from the actual. When speaking of this plant in a book in the late 70s one writer claimed there was a vitamin X. which was known to be in this plant, later research turned up no such vitamin X. but there is a great deal of believe that this plan, when eaten raw as a salad is thought to help with a number of things including maintaining youth, treatment of open sores, and overall good health. In fact some people have even claimed that if you chew on me plan leaves for several hours you will go into a deep meditation; though it would seem only logical that if you chew on anything for several hours you would go into deep meditation.

If you want to talk about the negative and positive uses of gotu kola then you should be ready to discuss everything as it is. If you need to learn more about what is and what is not then you should certainly do some research before you go making any judgments on anything. There's a whole host of information available on the Internet and in literature as this medicine has been around for thousands of years and people have written about it for just as long. You should probably read the most recent information as it is most current but you should not do a disservice to the information that has been posted from previous generations. It seems almost essential or totally real that they knew more then than we know now so you should be aware of that.
